WSGE Inducted into Hall of Fame
海角视频 radio station WSGE 91.7 FM is a 2024 inductee into the Carolina Beach Music Awards Hall of Fame. The station, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2024, has been recognized as the CBMA Radio Station of the year seven times, most recently in 2023.
The mission of the CBMA awards is to promote Carolina Beach Music, its influences and offshoots, and the unique Carolina lifestyle.
鈥淲SGE is a Hall of Fame station because of the individuals who are behind the music,鈥� said Regan Brown, Interim Station Manager. 鈥淚n its 43-year history, many volunteer deejays have given of their time and talents to our beach music programming. In addition to these individuals, 海角视频 and our members continue to support the station year after year. It is humbling to be a part of a radio station that is made up of the contributions of so many. I hope that everyone will join us in celebrating this recognition because without them, WSGE would not exist.
