ECU Transfer Degree Plans for Associate in Arts and Associate in Science Degree Students
The is a statewide agreement governing the transfer of credits between NC community colleges and NC public universities and has as its objective the smooth transfer of students.
Transfer Guides have been developed by the University of North Carolina (UNC) System to help North Carolina Community College students transition smoothly to a four-year university. These guides are designed for students pursuing an Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), or Associate in Engineering (AE) degree.
Transfer Guides outline recommended coursework that supports both completion of your associate degree and progress toward a bachelor’s degree at your intended UNC university.

Factors such as previously earned credit, course availability, prerequisites, major-specific requirements, and individual educational goals may affect your academic plan.
